Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund.

Any order you're not happy with, for any reason. Tell us what didn't work for you and we'll refund the purchase price.

For hygiene reasons we can't resell an opened bottle, so a refund doesn't require sending an opened product back.

If your order arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, email us with a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you.

Email us with your order number and what went wrong — we reply within 1–2 business days

There's no restocking fee. Most refunds don't require sending anything back; if we do need an item returned, we cover the shipping.

Approved refunds are issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method; your bank may take a few extra days to post it. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
